What You'll Do As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for an established book of clients. Your focus is on delivering extraordinary service, deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting your teammates when needed. Day to day, you can expect to: Serve as a knowledgeable, responsive advisor to clients via phone and email Endorse and update policies to reflect clients' evolving needs Prepare and present renewal and coverage options to existing customers Identify opportunities to round out accounts and generate referrals Build long-term relationships that inspire loyalty and trust Document all client interactions accurately in agency management software What You Bring Active P&C license with at least 1 year of personal lines service or sales experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and agency/CRM software Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and the ability to truly listen A coachable, growth-oriented mindset Reliability and a team-first attitude What We Offer A supportive, collaborative team culture rooted in shared values A stable, established book of business to manage and grow Clear performance metrics and weekly visibility into your results through HubSpot and SalesScreen Regular coaching and feedback from your Team Lead, plus 90-day and annual performance reviews Standard in-office schedule of Monday-Friday, 9-5 (with some flexibility) Ready to Grow With Us?
