What You'll Do:
Drive Client Growth Conduct compelling in-home consultations that assess client needs, build family confidence, and clearly communicate the value of our services. This is where you'll prioritize your time and have the biggest impact. Own the client intake process from consultation to signed service agreement. You're the person who turns a family's interest into a commitment to care. Support lead calls as needed, ensuring families feel heard and moving qualified prospects toward an in-home consultation. Build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, discharge planners, and senior-focused organizations. Deliver Exceptional Care Onboard new clients smoothly—design personalized care plans, coordinate caregiver introductions, and set families up for a great experience from day one. Maintain relationships with active clients and families, conducting check-ins and adjusting care plans as needs evolve. Collaborate with scheduling and care teams to ensure the right caregiver-client matches.
Who We Are Looking For:
You're open-minded, adaptable, and thrive in a close-knit team environment. You're comfortable having meaningful—and sometimes difficult—conversations with families about care needs, safety concerns, and transitions. You can manage multiple client relationships simultaneously without letting details fall through the cracks. You're a proactive problem-solver, comfortable working independently. You're comfortable using modern software applications (Google Workspace, Slack, etc). You're also familiar with basic AI tools (ChatGPT, etc) and interested in using them to work more efficiently—whether that's drafting communications, summarizing notes, or streamlining routine tasks. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in home care, social work, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
