Office Location:

Bethel, CT We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Experience & Service Coordinator. The Customer Experience & Service Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after installation. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions, concerns, or service needs related to their installation and/or project with the company. Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of customer closets, home offices, media centers, wall-beds, garage cabinets, pantries, and more!

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound customer calls related to installations and post-install service Calmly resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams Conduct post-install follow-up calls and emails Support the sales team through customer service Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes Administrative tasks including data entry

What We're Looking For:

Proven customer service or client support experience Excellent phone etiquette with a pleasant, professional tone Ability to remain calm and ability to handle difficult conversations Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to adapt and maintain company processes with consistency Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus and join a fun and rewarding team!
