Apply on-line: https://JoinPFS.com Experienced Commercial Flooring Installer Premiere Flooring Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Installer for full-time prevailing wage summer work serving commercial projects throughout western Connecticut. Applicants must have hands-on experience installing commercial flooring and be capable of producing high-quality work with minimal supervision. Experience with one or more of the following flooring products is required: Floor Prep Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT) Epoxy Coatings Qualifications Applicants must: Applicants must have actively worked full-time in commercial flooring installation for the past 5 consecutive years. Have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID Provide a valid Social Security card Have reliable transportation directly to job sites Own flooring installation tools Be able to pass a background check Demonstrate strong attention to detail Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality Be physically capable of heavy lifting and working on active job sites Job Responsibilities Install commercial flooring materials according to project specifications Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and work instructions Operate hand tools and installation equipment safely Maintain clean, organized work areas Follow job-site safety requirements Complete work efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards Compensation Starting pay: $42.03 hour +$29.19 hr Benefits Package - $71.22 hr Regular pay increases based on performance and skill level Steady full-time work for qualified installers Ideal Candidate We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented installer who works efficiently, produces quality results, and takes pride in their work.

Do you own all the personal hand tool necessary to install commercial flooring including, but not limited to: broadloom carpet, carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, and any other commercial floor coverings that may be required to install? Can you pass a through United State Department of Homeland Security background check? Do you have reliable transportation to commute directly to and from job sites Have you actively worked full-time in commercial flooring installation, as an installer, for the past 5 consecutive years.
