Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, assisting with product choices and responding to inquiries Process transactions and handle cash accurately Manage and maintain inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise Ensure the Pro Shop is tidy, attractive, and well-organized at all times Assist with scheduling tee times and managing event registrations Work collaboratively with other staff to meet the shop's goals and objectives Required Skills Strong customer service skills Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register Knowledge of golf products and services Basic understanding of inventory management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
