We're looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating clean, hygienic spaces for clients and guests alike. Duties Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including commercial, hospitality, or residential spaces Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Perform deep cleaning tasks, and laundry services when necessary Manage custodial activities including trash removal, sanitation procedures, and equipment maintenance Implement and monitor cleaning protocols aligned with health and safety regulations Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of commercial or hospitality cleaning practices Supervising or management experience in a cleaning or housekeeping environment is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry services and equipment operation is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in executing cleaning routines and managing schedules Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients Prior hotel or hospitality housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required Join us if you're ready to lead with energy, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, and make a tangible difference in the environments we serve!
