$21.00 - $24.00 Summary of Role The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and logistics partners. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while coordinating orders, shipments, and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and walk ins
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and deliveries
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM or order management systems
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations
  • Make outbound calls to customers as directed by the supervisor Clerical & Administrative Support
  • Scan and save documents to the Shared Drive
  • Perform data entry for timesheets and shipping records
  • Handle printing, filing, scanning, and laminating
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area Shipping Support Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, and logistics for outbound orders
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, and tracking information
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays or changes
  • Work with carriers, freight companies, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation requirements Payments & Invoicing
  • Process credit card payments and apply them in QuickBooks
  • Add Shipping Cost to existing Invoices Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of Manufacturing customer service or administrative experience required
  • 3 - 5 years of Logistics Experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Frequent communication with employees, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
  • Work performed primarily in an office environment with moderate noise levels
