May 27, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details We are seeking to employ an energetic and outgoing professional Floor Manager with outstanding communication and customer service skills to assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, coordinate with the service team daily, and be ready to fulfill our client's needs and requests. Our desired candidate will be an energetic people-person, who understands how to read the room and when to enter and exit a conversation appropriately; a team player who can multitask and assist with other duties as needed. Cigar knowledge is not needed, training will be provided.

Qualifications:

Work as part of a team to run a seamless service - providing clear communication and direction with clients and fellow staff members. Uphold the service standards while taking ownership and management of the venue and service. Create an individual experience for our clients on each visit, based on their needs and the type of service required. Must be able to handle a fast-paced atmosphere with periods of standing for an extended length of time. Ability to deal with customer requests courteously, efficiently, and timely. Must be experienced in conflict resolution. The Clayton provides a comfortable, private, secure environment for discerning connoisseurs and industry leaders.
