COPY LINK link Floor Support/Team Lead At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include: Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed Attend client meetings Assist with onsite timekeeping Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed. Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed This will be a weekend 12 hour shift, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 am - 6 pm.

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must befortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellentanizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

Pay Details:
