This role is responsible for managing client relationships, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring a high level of service for our physician partners. Prior account management or client service experience in a Clinical Laboratory setting is
REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for physician offices and clients Manage and grow existing accounts while ensuring client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams (lab, billing, pre-analytical) to resolve issues quickly Support onboarding of new clients, including setup and training Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with test menu inquiries (e.g., PCR, STI, UTI, Pap, etc.) Ensure compliance with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications Required:
2+ years of proven experience working in a clinical laboratory Strong understanding of lab workflows, specimen handling, and client needs Experience managing physician office relationships Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with
LIS, EMR/EHR
