Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

background in customer service required; prior experience as a Service Coordinator or in an automotive dealership environment is strongly preferred.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone calls, text messaging, and professional emails.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using computer systems, dealership databases/CRMs, and messaging software.

Availability:

Must be able to work the required schedule including mandatory Sunday shifts (Sunday work is mandatory and non-negotiable).
