Deerfield Beach, FLAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service activities, managing field technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, mentor, and support a team of HVAC service techniciansLead the team to schedule and prioritize service calls to maximize efficiency and response timesEnsure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standardsHandle escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationshipsMonitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvementsManage inventory, tools, and service vehiclesCollaborate with sales and installation teams for seamless operationsQualifications5+ years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of commercial HVAC systemsProven leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBenefitsHealth Insurance401k w/ company matchPaid time offCar allowanceFuel reimbursement
