$20/hour Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator. This role ensures smooth communication with clients, resolves issues efficiently, and supports administrative and operational processes (i.e., billing, payments, logistics coordination, etc.). Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication
  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Redirect inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude Administrative & Financial Coordination
  • Prepare and manage invoices
  • Track payments and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain financial records Project & Operations Coordination
  • Coordinate internal projects and track deadlines
  • Organize tasks across departments Logistics & Delivery Management
  • Coordinate deliveries and optimize routes
  • Communicate with drivers and clients
  • Monitor shipments and resolve issues Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking
  • Familiarity with invoices and payments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of logistics or route planning
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
