Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Summary:
The Customer Success Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing the employment experience by providing exceptional service to Team Members and supporting the branch's operational functions. This role ensures smooth and compliant operations across systems and protocols while embodying the company's mission, core values, and goals. Essential Functions / Tasks Primary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following: Deliver exceptional customer service, expertise, and support throughout the sales and order completion process. Respond to client requests, including international inquiries. Serve as a backup for the Office Administrator. Answer phones and greet clients at the customer service area. Foster positive working relationships to support team goals. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Maintain full knowledge of and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Attend required training and meetings. Enforce security protocols by admitting only authorized visitors and reporting any unauthorized access to management. Maintain the business meeting room, including restocking supplies and light cleaning. Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, updating order statuses and following up on backorders. Provide customers with order status updates and estimated delivery times. Address customer issues promptly and accurately. Assist with warehouse duties as needed. Scan and organize documents, including purchase orders, warehouse receipts, and invoices, into designated software systems. Adhere to quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Process, package, and ship orders in a timely manner. Manage all cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate logging and reporting to the leadership team and CFO. Oversee package flow to ensure timely delivery to customers. Inspect and distribute incoming packages accurately. Maintain a friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor. Follow company safety and hygiene regulations. Demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn new tasks, and adaptability to change. Take initiative and work efficiently with minimal supervision. All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills
/ Abilities (KSA) To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. The requirements listed below are representative of observable behaviors and essential knowledge, skill, and abilities required of a successful incumbent. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency with computer systems. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. The ability to handle cash and perform cash-handling procedures. The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations and procedural manuals. Problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving order and shipment issues. Minimum Qualifications Education, License, Certifications, Experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Work Environment / Conditions The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience. Must be comfortable working in a shared space with constant noise and without a private office. Ability to manage frequent changes in priorities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and collaboration. Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business demands, including more or fewer than 40 hours per week. Physical Demands The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regularly required to stand, walk, see, hear, and use hands for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and waiting as part of the role.
