Responsibilities Build and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service Identify new business opportunities by engaging in outbound calling, warm calling, and market research Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to understand client needs and present suitable solutions Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client information accurately Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently Skills Proven experience in negotiation, telemarketing, or inside sales within the technology or business services sector Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and business development strategies Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and conducting technical sales presentations Knowledge of marketing principles and customer service best practices to foster long-term client relationships Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets
