Client Success Coordinator Orivon Advisory Group Jacksonville, FL Job Details Full-time $19 - $23 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Accounts receivable Administrative experience Attention to detail Organizational skills Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Orivon Advisory Group is seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Success Coordinator to support client communication, receivables follow-up, onboarding, scheduling, document collection, and business coaching program coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with clients regarding missing documents, unpaid invoices, appointments, and onboarding requirements. The Client Success Coordinator will help improve client experience, accelerate payment collections, support the firm's coaching program, and keep internal operations organized. This is not a basic receptionist role. This is a client operations position for someone who can take ownership, follow through, and help the firm run more smoothly. Role Mission Protect leadership time, accelerate receivables, organize client communication, support coaching growth, and create a smoother client experience across Orivon Advisory Group. Responsibilities Answering and routing client calls. Following up on unpaid invoices. Sending payment links and reminders. Helping move clients to autopay. Scheduling meetings and discovery calls. Supporting client onboarding. Collecting missing documents. Maintaining client, receivables, onboarding, and coaching trackers. Supporting the launch and administration of business coaching services. Helping reduce daily interruptions to firm leadership. The Ideal Candidate Has Strong communication skills. Excellent organization and follow-up discipline. Professional phone presence. Experience in client service, administration, office coordination, or accounts receivable. Ability to manage multiple open items without losing track. Comfort working in a professional services environment. Potential Performance Incentives Bonus for achieving receivables collection goals. Bonus for moving clients to autopay. Bonus for scheduling qualified coaching discovery calls. Bonus for supporting paid coaching enrollments.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
