Pay rate: $28/hr Shift availability: 10a-8p, Sun - Wed or Wed - Sat (Must reside in ET or CT time zones) This service dispatch opportunity plays a key role in supporting our sales and service team that providesprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the food service and hospitality industries. It reports to the Service Operations Supervisor/Manager and serves as a coordinator for 300+ field associates byanizing service assignments and delegating work via a dispatch queue. This role is an expert in driving operational excellence and optimization of our field team's ability to deliver best-in-class solutions for our customers. Responsibilities for this Area Service Coordinator position include but are not limited to: Responsible for processing high-volume service requests and assigning service appointments. Efficiently dispatch service technicians to customer locations, ensuring prioritization of customer service Develop and maintain schedules to ensure proper staff coverage, adjusting as needed depending on customer needs. Optimize service technician hours, availability, and accountability. Work with Area Leadership to ensure Retain, Grow, and Gain initiatives are met. Continually partner with the field to solve problems and influence operations to drive field effectiveness.

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Qualifications for this Area Service Coordinator position: 2 - 4 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or related field or relevant military experience Dispatch or route service experience Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel Salesforce experience Excellentanization, leadership,munication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to work in fast-paced environment As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
