AT&T Assistant Manager - Entry Level

As a sales and business consulting firm, we are hiring an Assistant Manager to become a long-term team leader in Miami, supporting AT&T's latest smartphones and 5G plans. This Assistant Manager role is built for someone who notices when a customer is paying for features they don't use or struggling with outdated service in a 5G world. At Wright Consulting Miami, we believe the sales process doesn't end when the phone turns on, it's just the beginning. As an Assistant Manager, you will learn how to manage and grow customer relationships, serve as a bilingual connection between customers and AT&T's mobile solutions, and guide clients through upgrades and transitions with clarity and confidence. You'll oversee the full account journey, focusing on renewals, expansion opportunities, and turning everyday service interactions into meaningful sales outcomes.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary bilingual contact for wireless accounts, strengthening satisfaction through guidance on AT&T smartphones, plans, and ongoing service needs. Conduct bilingual sales reviews to identify smartphone upgrades, data‑plan adjustments, and wireless add‑ons that improve each customer's mobile experience. Educate customers on AT&T's benefits and coordinate smooth transitions of new service Drive company growth by recommending services to customers while building long term relationships Learn the ins and outs of wireless services to develop new skills and take on leadership responsibilities

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Professional-level proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively manage our diverse Miami account base.
