Job Description

Our office team is looking for someone to join us to train as a Case Coordinator and help support our community in Key West. Case Coordinators are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From answering phones to being in the field interacting with clients and referral sources, a Case Coordinator's scope of responsibility is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. A mix of social services, operations, scheduling, and customer service are all parts of a Case Coordinator's exciting role. Case Coordinator Duties include, but are not limited to: Meeting with prospective clients Assisting with registering caregivers Getting to know caregivers registered with the office Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs Completing customer service visits with clients Working as a team in an office environment. Case Coordinator Job Requirements Nurturing ability (caring, empathetic, compassionate) Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner High level of emotional intelligence Creative problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills Spanish speaking is a plus!
