Job Description

Customer Service Administrator Job Summary:
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer support while handling administrative tasks such as order processing, preparing quotes, issuing invoices, and updating records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
  • Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the system.
  • Prepare and send quotations, estimates, and sales confirmations.
  • Generate and issue invoices.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order histories.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when needed.
  • Track order status and keep customers informed of updates or delays.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English fluency is required, spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
