Customer Experience and Reputation Manager Del-Air - Lake Mary, FL Company Description Del-Air is a leader in the home services industry, dedicated to excellence in every customer interaction. Job Description We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and professional Customer Experience and Reputation Manager to drive consumer engagement and serve as the primary voice of our brand. In this role, you will lead our digital presence, ensuring our content marketing, public relations, and social media efforts are disciplined and strategic. A key part of this role involves addressing negative reviews from start to finish to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
Compensation Salary:
Starting at $55,0000 per year; commensurate with experience
Qualifications Required:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of two years in a marketing, PR, or communications role with proven brand social media management.
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge in MS Office Suite and basic understanding of SEO/keyword optimization.
Compliance:
Valid driver s license (held for 15+ months), at least 18 years of age, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Screening:
Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
Preferred:
Prior experience in the home services industry. Proficiency in Spanish. Familiarity with WordPress CMS.

Job Type, Location, and Shift Details Job Type:
Full-time, Exempt.
Location:
Lake Mary, FL (On-site).
Shift Information:
8 am - 5 pm with occasional requirements to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities Strategy Execution:
Develop and manage integrated content marketing, PR, and social media strategies in collaboration with agency partners.
Content Creation:
Concept, edit, and produce multimedia content (written, visual, and video) to grow organic traffic and engagement.
Reputation Management:
Monitor and promptly resolve customer concerns across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and the BBB to improve online ratings.
Reporting:
Generate monthly tracking reports and data insights to measure the success of community marketing and PR efforts.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
