Full-Time Join Our Team! Century Cabinets is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to support our operations team by managing installation schedules, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams, vendors, and customers. What You'll Do Maintain installation and customer schedules across multiple locations Manage and track due dates within the ERP system Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to manage orders Schedule field labor by communicating with installers, builders, superintendents, and homeowners Respond to customer inquiries and resolve field-related issues Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Perform additional duties as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer or client-facing experience Background in construction, logistics, or a related field preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills High attention to detail and a strong service mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office and warehouse setting Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
