Job Description

Electrical Service Manager Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to oversee our service operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in project management, electrical design, and construction management. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage service teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support. Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all service projects. Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency. Design systems in accordance with NEC standards and client specifications. Review contracts and ensure all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize schematics to guide installation and maintenance processes effectively. Monitor time management practices within the team to enhance productivity. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices in electrical engineering and construction management. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience Experience managing people and processes Must have 8 years of electrical experience, preferred Commercial Licensed Electrician is a plus, but not required Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and budget management Maintaining and building vendor relationships Maintaining/managing reports Proven experience in project scheduling, project management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electrical engineering principles. Familiarity with construction management practices and NEC regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Relevant certifications in project management or electrical engineering are a plus.
