This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced pet care environment. We pay a competitive wage of $17

Responsibilities Lead and support Customer Care Associates and Reservation Specialists Deliver excellent customer service and oversee client interactions Manage reservations, invoicing, payments, and client records Monitor capacity, waitlists, and daily front desk operations Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage Maintain accurate records and ensure policy compliance Support marketing efforts, events, and client communications Qualifications 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience 1-2 years of customer service experience (payments preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable using new systems and technology
WORK SCHEDULE
