About the Customer Service Coordinator — Part Time, Night Shift Role The Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator handles inbound calls during evening and weekend hours, providing account assistance, troubleshooting support, and customer guidance.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction:

Respond to inbound calls promptly.

Provide accurate customer information.

Assist with navigation of online banking.

Operational Duties:

Process account inquiries.

Handle PIN/password reset tickets.

Recommend applicable bank services.

Stop Payments and ACH disputes

Assisting with Zelle transaction release and account suspensions

Debt card research, transactional inquiries and activation

Assist internal department with customer's research, verifications and follow-ups This job description is not exhaustive; duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience.

Strong communication skills. Preferred Call center experience.

Schedule Part-time:

Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm; Sat 11:30am-5pm;

Sun Closed Physical Demands:

Primarily sedentary; includes use of standard office equipment.
