Customer Accounts Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Supervise account activities to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support. Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. Monitor account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly. Lead project management efforts for client initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in account management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
