We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Showroom & Customer Service Coordinator to be the face of our company and help clients design their perfect events.

Welcome & Guide Clients:
Greet walk-in clients, event planners, and couples in the showroom, guiding them through the inventory and helping them select the perfect rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc.).
Manage Orders:
Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and website inquiries to create accurate quotes, reserve inventory, and process payments using rental software.
Showroom Excellence:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring showroom display.
Coordinate Details:
Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy, timing, and fulfillment.
Problem Solve:
Assist clients with order adjustments, last-minute additions, and post-event feedback with a positive, helpful attitude.
Working hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Previous experience in the event/party rental industry is a plus
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience:
1?2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or event planning.
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, an eye for design/color coordination (for matching linens and decor), and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy:
Ability to quickly learn our inventory management/POS software (training provided).
