We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing electronic monitoring team at our corporate office in Miami, Florida. The Junior Customer Success Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure successful adoption and use of our electronic monitoring solutions, and identify opportunities to expand products and services within assigned accounts. The Junior Customer Success Manager will work directly with Sheriff's Offices, Departments of Corrections, probation and parole agencies, community corrections programs, courts, and other criminal justice organizations. This position combines customer success, account management, customer service, training, problem-solving, and account growth support . The Junior Customer Success Manager will serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers and work closely with our sales, operations, technical support, and leadership teams. The Position Includes Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders. Serve as a key point of contact and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct customer meetings and account reviews to understand performance, challenges, and future needs. Take ownership of customer questions and issues, coordinating with internal teams through resolution. Support the onboarding and implementation of new customer accounts, products, and services. Provide customer training, product demonstrations, and guidance on best practices. Develop a strong understanding of each customer's electronic monitoring program and business needs. Identify opportunities to expand product and service usage within existing accounts. Support account renewals, presentations, proposals, and growth initiatives in partnership with the sales team. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular updates on account status, opportunities, and customer concerns.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, or another customer-facing role. Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Ability to deliver professional customer presentations, product demonstrations, and training. Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them clearly to customers. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and common business tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the United States as needed. Ability to work from the company's corporate office in Miami, Florida. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field - preferred. Experience with government or public-sector customers, electronic monitoring, corrections, law enforcement, public safety technology, or a related field - preferred.
