The incumbent will be responsible for providing Provider Relations administrative support and coordination of associated documentation for all DME & Home Health downstream providers of our portfolio of business.
What you need to succeed:
Minimum of a Associates Degree plus two (2) years of work experience with a plan payer, in health care, or a related field with Provider Network Development and/or Provider Relations. Two (2) years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree Knowledge and understanding of managed care concepts. Skills & Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements Ability to handle conflict and diffuse confrontational situations Demonstrate accountability and dependability Effective interpersonal skills characterized by articulateness, diplomacy, and the ability to persuade and motivate others Communicates effectively verbal and in writing. Listens attentively and with empathy Works well in a team environment and collaborates effectively with others Self-motivated and demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment prioritizing organizational needs. Ability to be resourceful and creative within defined guidelines, parameters and expectations.
