Full Job Description Invoice Processor Location:
North Miami, FL 33181
Pay:
$18.00/hr Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Invoice Coordinator to support customer invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Process customer invoices, deposits, payments, and outstanding balances Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams regarding order readiness Maintain accurate records of payments and account activity Reconcile daily transactions and identify discrepancies Assist with administrative updates and customer account maintenance Communicate professionally with contractors and business customers Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous invoicing, billing, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred Basic Microsoft Excel skills required Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with POS, ERP, or accounting systems is a plus Schedule Monday through Friday Rotating Saturdays required Every other Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
