Responsibilities Welcome customers entering the showroom with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule design consultations and showroom appointments. Follow up with existing leads and past customers. Generate new leads through phone calls, online outreach, and community networking. Help increase showroom traffic by reaching out to homeowners, designers, builders, and real estate professionals. Maintain an organized showroom and front desk area. Assist with basic administrative and office tasks. Learn our products and assist in closing sales
