This person will oversee a team of 10-20 employees , ensuring exceptional customer service, technical excellence, and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial electrical expertise, deep code knowledge, and the ability to create structure, accountability, and long‑term growth within a service division. You'll partner closely with leadership to elevate customer experience, drive new service opportunities, and improve internal systems and processes.
