Job Description
Overview The Customer Account Advisor(CAA) is primarily responsible for the collection of delinquent lease agreements. We are seeking an individual with a background in collections. Although experience is preferred, we will consider those with a customer service background that have a conflict management background. This person must be motivated with high energy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in customer service and account management. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that retain customers and drive business growth. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and market knowledge to effectively support our customers and enhance their experience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through informative and effective communication. Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all customer payment appointments. Make contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s). This includes meeting some customers at the home. Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals Qualifications Experience in collections or account management. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Demonstrated abilities, with a focus on driving results through teamwork. A professional, respectful and proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail. Must be at least 21 years old. Have a current and valid Florida driver's license, A good driving record. Must pass a background check.
