Overview The Credit Administrator sets up new customer accounts, closes customer accounts, and updates customer information in the CRM tool. How you will make an impact: Ensure prompt, accurate assessment and response to customer issues. Open and close customer accounts. Review Customer credit application for completeness. Update customer data in the CRM tool. Send invoices and statements. Scan and file correspondence. Assist with special projects as required.
What you will need:
A high school diploma or GED is required. 1 year of prior related work experience. Excellent written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with creditors, managers, and coworkers. Excellent analytical skills, solid critical thinking, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and MS Outlook. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
