We work with Icoone Laser, Endospheres, and INDIBA
  • advanced, non-invasive technology for body sculpting, skin tightening, and post-surgical recovery. Our clients are professional women who expect a calm, personal and genuinely expert experience. We are hiring our first Client Experience Coordinator. This is not a front-desk job. You will own the client relationship from the first message to the completed treatment program. What you will do
  • Respond to every inquiry across Instagram, phone and web within minutes, and convert it into a booked appointment.
  • Greet clients, manage check-in and payment, and rebook every client before they leave.
  • Present treatment packages, answer questions about pricing and guide clients toward the right program.
  • Follow up with every new client after their first visit.
  • Track package progress and reach out before a program ends.
  • Reconnect with clients we have not seen in a while.
  • Report weekly on bookings, conversions and package sales.
What we are looking for Two or more years in a client-facing sales role — medspa, salon, clinic, fitness, premium retail, or hospitality. Comfort selling services in the $1,000 and above range. Excellent written English. Most of your work happens in writing. Someone who follows a process and works toward clear numbers. Aesthetic or medical experience is a plus but not required. What we offer $22 per hour, full-time. $50 bonus for every package sold. $150 monthly bonus for meeting rebooking targets.
Typical total:
$4,000-4,600 per month. Complimentary treatments. Direct work with the owner, a licensed RN, and real influence on how the studio operates. This is the first role of its kind here — you will help build it. To apply send your resume to
