Autosphere is one of Georgia's fastest-growing independent dealerships, and we're building something special. We sell over 150 vehicles per month, continue to grow year after year, and believe the customer experience doesn't end when the paperwork is signed—it begins there. We're looking for a Service Manager who wants to build, lead, and elevate an entire service operation. If you're simply looking for another dealership job, this probably isn't the right fit. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building systems, leading people, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead the daily operations of our service department. Manage technicians, service advisors, and customer care staff. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and with the highest level of quality. Coach and develop your team through accountability and leadership. Handle complex customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Build processes that improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales, recon, and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor workflow, productivity, and departmental performance. Maintain high CSI scores and protect the company's online reputation. Recruit, train, and develop future service talent. We're Looking For Someone Who... Has proven experience leading a high-performing automotive service department. Leads by example and earns the respect of their team. Communicates exceptionally well with both customers and employees. Is organized, process-driven, and highly accountable. Can make decisions under pressure without sacrificing the customer experience. Understands diagnostics, repair workflow, technician productivity, and shop operations. Believes in coaching people rather than simply managing them. Takes ownership instead of making excuses. Wants to help build one of the best independent dealerships in Georgia. What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days: Improved communication with customers. Reduced repair cycle times. Better organization and accountability throughout the department. Increased technician productivity. Fewer customer escalations. Stronger collaboration between service and sales.
