Position Summary The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the car wash. This role involves team leadership, customer service, sales coaching, facility maintenance, hiring support, training, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Compensation Starting Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
