Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator (In-Office) SepticRooter
  • Marietta, GA Stable, full-time position with a growing local company.
SepticRooter is expanding, and we're looking for a reliable, organized professional to join our office team and help deliver a top-tier customer experience. This is a central role in our operation , acting as a key point of contact for both customers and industry partners. You'll help guide homeowners from their first call all the way through scheduling, service, and follow-up—while also supporting the relationships that help drive our business forward.
What You'll Do:
Customer Service & Scheduling Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions Follow up with new leads and book appointments Support customers before and after service Collect payments (deposits and final balances) Maintain and update customer records in our system Operations & Coordination Prepare clear, professional reports based on technician findings Keep jobs organized and ensure smooth communication between office and field Help keep daily operations running efficiently and on schedule Relationship Coordination & Growth Coordinate with real estate agents, home inspectors, plumbers, and other industry partners Follow up on referrals and maintain professional relationships Assist with outreach efforts that help generate new business Serve as a consistent point of contact between our company and outside partners
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills (phone and written) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable speaking with customers who may be dealing with stressful situations Dependable, consistent, and proactive Previous customer service or office experience preferred
