Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator (Base + Commission) 519 Johnson Ferry Rd, Marietta, GA 30068 $15 an hour - Part-time $15 an hour - Part-time Atlanta Body Sculpt is a results-driven body contouring studio focused on structure, clarity, and premium client experience. We are hiring a Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator to own front-end operations, protect the business, and ensure every client interaction is handled professionally and consistently. This is not a receptionist or clerical role. This is a client experience and front-end operations role with real responsibility and room to grow. Schedule Part-time to start Monday / Wednesday / Friday 8-hour shifts (in-studio) Opportunity to expand hours (up to full-time) as the business grows Core Responsibilities This role exists to protect the business and elevate the client experience .
You will be responsible for:
Greeting clients and visitors professionally and creating a welcoming, organized front-desk experience Answering phones, returning missed calls promptly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Managing appointment scheduling, calendar flow, confirmations, and double-confirmations to reduce no-shows Ensuring all client agreements are signed before treatments begin Managing client check-in, checkout, and payment clarity Issuing take-home products and clearly explaining their purpose and usage Educating clients on memberships, add-ons, and ongoing care options Supporting technicians by managing front-end flow during treatments Maintaining accurate client records and documentation related to agreements and services Accuracy, consistency, and follow-through are critical in this role. Service Knowledge & Training (Required) While performing body sculpting treatments is not the primary responsibility, learning how services are performed is required .
You will be trained to:
Understand how all body sculpting services are performed Know treatment flow, timing, and client expectations Confidently explain services, results timelines, and aftercare Support technicians by handling front-end communication during treatments This knowledge is required to provide a confident, professional client experience. What This Role Does NOT Do No performing treatments as a primary responsibility No closing treatment packages No improvising pricing or agreements No making exceptions to process No bookkeeping or general clerical work This role follows defined systems and checklists. Training & Cross-Training All front-end team members are trained on body sculpting services to properly support clients and technicians. In rare emergency situations , cross-trained team members may assist with or temporarily cover treatments for business continuity. This is not a guaranteed pathway to becoming a technician. The long-term growth of this role is in front-end operations, client experience, and studio leadership .
