What You'll Do:

Manage installation scheduling across multiple markets in the Southeast Handle inbound customer calls (questions, updates, concerns) Coordinate and dispatch repair/service calls Communicate with installers, sales teams, and customers daily Keep jobs moving efficiently from order to installation Problem-solve quickly and keep customers informed

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with a high-volume company (home services, retail, construction, or similar preferred) Strong scheduling/dispatching background Excellent phone presence and customer service skills Ability to multi-task under pressure without dropping the ball Highly organized and detail-oriented Tech-comfortable (CRM systems, scheduling tools, email, etc.) Team player with a "get it done" attitude

Schedule:

Monday - Friday Some Saturdays as needed

Location Requirement:

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
