The Clients Service Administrator provides proactive administrative and operational support to front-line officers and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. They manage service requests, monitor transaction accuracy, and assist with annual reviews, client onboarding, and account closings. They will make sure to handle daily securities processing with accuracy and efficiency while identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000/year; commensurate with experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge or experience in ERISA industry Three (3) years of experience in the financial industry (wealth management, trust, banking, brokerage house) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience maintaining client relationships. The Clients Service Administrator provides proactive administrative and operational support to front-line officers and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. They manage service requests, monitor transaction accuracy, and assist with annual reviews, client onboarding, and account closings. They will make sure to handle daily securities processing with accuracy and efficiency while identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
