05 hourly Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Service Claims Coordinator you will review, research and process service claims in accordance with NFM policy and factory warranties, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
A Day in the
Life Examine:
Investigate service claims on a daily basis with NFM service technicians; in accordance with warranty guidelines to determine a solution for the customer
Collaborate:
Serve as the liaison between NFM and vendor factories for service claim processing, in order to set inspections and arrange for reimbursement
Review:
Process Guardsman replacement requests and work one-and-one with independent services to justify service costs or negotiate alternate solutions
Communicate:
Follow-up on incomplete independent service tickets, pay bills, work claims and locate new independent servicers
Maintain:

Qualifications:
Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED 3 years customer service experience 3 years of retail sales experience Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Data entry Skills per established department requirements Attention to detail and proofreading skills Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
