Contractor Service Coordinator

Dubuque, Iowa, United States Join a team that helps independent drivers stay protected and on the road. As a Contractor Service Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring their coverage information is accurate. You'll work with customers, business partners, and team members to provide a smooth and positive experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.

Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.

Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues.

Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in the transportation industry as well as commercial/personal lines insurance is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service or client support experience is beneficial.
• Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
