Job Description

Customer Experience Officer (CXO) Osky Dental Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday - Friday | Typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM At Osky Dental, we believe every patient interaction matters. We're looking for a Customer Experience Officer (CXO) who thrives on connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and making every patient feel like a VIP from the moment they walk through our doors. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys people and understands the value of exceptional customer service. Whether your background is in hospitality, restaurants, amusement parks, retail, sales, marketing, customer service, or even as a stay-at-home parent who loves building relationships, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As the face of our practice, you'll focus on creating an outstanding patient experience by: Greeting and welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm Escorting patients throughout the office and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for Building genuine relationships and getting to know patients on a personal level Identifying patient motivations, goals, and barriers to treatment Understanding the difference between patient needs and wants to help support their journey Creating engaging conversations and memorable interactions Providing companionship and support while patients wait for providers Helping patients feel at ease by maintaining a positive, upbeat atmosphere Documenting patient preferences, interests, and important personal details to personalize future visits Collaborating with the team to ensure every patient receives a world-class experience Utilizing computer systems to document interactions and maintain patient information What We're Looking For Passion for customer service and helping others Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds Strong storytelling and relationship-building abilities Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable using computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different personalities and situations CompensationSchedule Full-time or part-time opportunities available Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hourly compensation based on location and experience Entry-level position with opportunities for growth This is more than a customer service role-it's an opportunity to be the "Hostess with the Mostest" and create meaningful connections that help patients feel understood, valued, and excited about their experience.
