Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Assist customers with questions, order updates, and issue resolution Maintain organized records and documentation Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow Help manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
