In this position, you will supervise, train, schedule, and direct support professional staff. In this position, you will serve as a resource for supported living staff and maintain positive working relationships with persons served and their families. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in a human services or related field, preferred, or equivalent education and experience Two years of progressive experience working with persons with disabilities, preferred Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365, and keyboarding skills Meet requirements for background checks, including criminal records and abuse registry Valid driver's license, ability to be covered by agency insurance, and willingness to drive company vehicles Have a reliable vehicle to fulfill responsibilities in the absence of the agency vehicle We offer a competitive benefit package that includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
