Client Care Supervisor Cornerstone Service Center Meridian, ID Job Details Full-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Caregiver Management & Support Recruit, onboard, and orient caregivers Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback Conduct caregiver check‑ins, evaluations, and corrective actions as needed Support caregiver scheduling, availability, and retention efforts Ensure caregivers meet all compliance, training, and documentation requirements Client Care & Quality Assurance Assist with client intakes, assessments, and care plan support Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction Address and resolve client or caregiver concerns promptly Coordinate care adjustments based on client needs Conduct supervisory visits as required Scheduling & Operations Support Assist with filling open shifts and managing coverage gaps Work closely with scheduling and intake teams Respond to urgent care or staffing needs Document contacts, incidents, and follow‑ups accurately Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff Maintain professional, timely communication with all parties Support marketing and referral relationships as needed Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare, or caregiving supervision preferred Strong leadership and people‑management skills Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic office technology Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field visits required) Preferred Experience Prior experience supervising caregivers or support staff Knowledge of home care regulations and best practices Background in customer service, healthcare coordination, or case management Schedule Monday-Friday.
