Job Summary Earlybird Feed is looking for a motivated individual to work as a Office and Customer service Coordinator at our feed manufacturing facility located in Chapin, IL. Essential Functions Greet customers with kindness and respect Friendly and proficient in answering customer questions in person or on the phone Possess excellent telephone etiquette and people skills Excellent communicator to assist with the flow of information from various departments as well as to and from multiple locations Enter and organize feed orders Assist customer service and sales with any customer payment and invoicing issues Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Be willing to do any tasks to help the overall team to succeed in providing the best customer experience possible Job Requirements
- Must have basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8hours a day.
