Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager and become a vital driver of our business growth! Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering technical support when needed Ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the agreed upon time, scope, budget and resource requirements. With guidance of the Sales Staff, the Account Manager will oversee all aspects of work from A
  • Z Coordinate production and fulfillment to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Confirm print specifications to ensure all job requirements, quality expectations, artwork availability and delivery dates are clearly identified and achievable Manage quality control of all print purchasing activities to ensure excellence. Coordinate with our print management team to prepare and assign jobs, track production Develop production schedules. Manage day-to-day activities of the print program to ensure efficient operation and effective execution. Collaborate with the management team, channel partners, and vendors to successfully manage and execute retail print programs. Performs other related duties and participates in other projects as assigned. Meet with key marketing stakeholders to review creative briefs and program objectives. Analyze supplier bid packages, follow up with questions or project changes. We are a growing mid sized print management company that offers full-service print production solutions to our clients. Qualifications:
Relevant work experience with ability to meet the job requirements Experience in the retail print industry or print management sector Must be able to communicate to the client using a high-degree of customer service to articulate the appropriate message. Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Excel, Adobe and other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Must be able to communicate to vendors in the manner in which she/he/we would like to be treated. Ability to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency Demonstrates the ability to solve moderately complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. Requirements Experience in the wide format printing industry Must possess a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to format and reorganize spreadsheets Be able to reliably commute to our location in Franklin Park Posses a valid drivers license and vehicle.
