We are a fast-paced junk removal and dumpster rental company serving the Chicagoland area. We help homeowners, realtors, contractors, property managers, and businesses with cleanouts, junk removal, and light demolition projects. This is a physically active job with opportunities to grow into a driver/lead position. Job Responsibilities Load and remove furniture, appliances, debris, boxes, construction materials, etc. Drive company truck safely to jobsites (for qualified drivers) Work with a team to complete jobs efficiently Provide excellent customer service Keep truck and equipment clean Take before/after photos when needed Use basic apps/maps for job locations Requirements Must be reliable and show up on time Able to lift 75-100 lbs repeatedly Valid driver's license preferred Clean driving record is a plus Must be comfortable working indoors/outdoors Positive attitude and team player Must be able to work fast and safely English required (Spanish is a plus) What We Offer Starting pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience Opportunities for raises and bonuses Overtime available Growth opportunities into driver/crew lead positions Friendly work environment Consistent work Schedule Monday-Friday Some Saturdays available 8-10 hour shifts depending on jobs If you like staying active, working with a good team, and want a job where every day is different — we'd love to hear from you.
